Forum Image Description is showing goofy

Hi,

I just updated from vBulletin suite 4.0.1 to vBulletin suite 4.0.2 level-1. Right now I realized that there is a bug in attached images after I added a new article to my website. When I click the image to see it in a larger size and move mouse over the image to read the description, it shows a really goofy thing instead the actual description. I actually have only three words in the description and the title of that image.

please let me know, what could be wrong with it. I am attaching a screen-shot to my thread that you see what I mean with that.
