Forum Moderated posts, moderated blog comments

I searched this morning and unfortunately did not find anything that helps with my particular situation.

First problem is that it is difficult to tell when posts need moderation since our upgrade. Previously, posts needing moderation had a different background color than posts approved. Is there a setting to change posts awaiting moderation to a different background color. I know that there is an envelope with an exclamation point, but that icon is pretty small and easily missed.

Second, it appears that the email notfications for blog comments is not working as it should. I personally, as the administrator of the site, have received email notifications about comments to my blog, but other bloggers on my site are not receiving email notifications of comments or comments awaiting moderation. And, yes, their blog subscription modes are set to instant email notification...

Any thoughts or ideas on how I can possibly resolve these issues? __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
