Forum Widget and Sections are Major Problems for my site any answers please ???

Firstly i have tried to create widgets for the homepage section of the cms package by going to admincp then vbulletinCMS AND Widgets from the drop down menu then create new widget but it will only display two of them being the Calendar and Recent Activity can anybody tell me why it will not display the rest? Secondly after trying to achieve that task i noticed the Sections on the homepage has completely disappeared on the left side of the page! Now i assumed this was bugs in the cms but i noticed other sites are displaying theirs ok so what has gone wrong with mine? I am completely puzzled with it and this is my second fresh install of the software to double check the problem which has occurred both times! __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
