| I'm becoming increasingly concerned about my ever popular forum. A couple of times I've had people contact me asking for certain posts/threads to be removed as they were potentially libelous, which we've done and apologised to the people complaining. The latest one was particularly nasty, and the hosts were threatened with legal action as well as us. My question is this, is there any company out there who we could get insurance from, incase one day somebody decides to take us to court and sue our ***es off? Before you get the wrong idea about my forum, it's actually a very well run place, with anything potentially libelous removed quickly and a responsible user base. However, if we can get caught out then so can anyone. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__  |
