Forum Upgraded from 3.8.4 to 4.0.1: Display not working. Only text shows up?

I recently updated www.magicdeckvortex.com with the 4.0.1 vB forum (from 3.8.4). I disabled all plugins and Products (which resolved the fetch, includes and templates errors I was receiving). However, the forum images, boxes, templating, etc. is gone. All that shows up in any page of the forum is text and JPG avatar images.

I followed all of the instructions. Can anyone help me?

Also, once I resolve this issue I'm going to see if I can figure out why the blog didn't update and if iTrader still works.
