Forum New Installation: Error after entering customer number on install

I am attempting a new installation of vBulletin 4 with code that was just downloaded from vBulletin last night (2/2/2010). The only possible road block is that this is on the same server as another 3.8 vBulletin installation. Is is NOT, however, on the same domain, in the same folder structure, or even on the same DB server as the 3.8.

Everything is uploaded correctly, the config.php file is configured correctly as far as I can tell, but after I visit the install.php file and successfully enter my customer number, I get the following error:
