Forum Problem with requests to group form

Hello, I've got one problem with forum, symptoms:
I'm using forum version 4.0.1, only default style without any corrections.
One from some usergroups have two leaders.
First leader can't accept, deny or ignore join requests in this group only, after pressing "Do authorizations" button he getting error message

Code:
vBulletin Message
Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

In others usergroups this leader have no problem with the same operations.
Second leader have no problems with the same operations in this group.

I've tried from admin control panel: repair userprofiles, delete and add leader, repair and optimization tables, switch to original English language, fix unique table index, create new style and switch to it, using another PC, ISP, browser, clear cache and cookies but problem still alive.

Could you help me, please ?

P.S.: English isn't my native, sorry for mistakes. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
