As soon as you ge to this post you will need to d/l the attachment and copy the post because it will be deleted like the attachment was!Attachment 36234

Why does IB feel the need to squelch people who are only asking them to live up to their license agreements?

Now another post I made last night has been deleted* and again they are dismissing anyone who has purchased a new license form and blog by squelching them in this way so the rest of you are not aware of their unfair to say the least marketing practices* and refuse to own up to their own staff's advisement for us to make these purchases a couple of week prior to announcing we are stuck with software they refuse to support* and that our owned licenses will NOT be honored in the way of updates and support for the year as is stated in that agreement!!

Are you so scared that people will learn too quickly about what type of company they have turned Jelsoft and the staff in to being?

Do you realize you are only further confirming this by deleting posts and threads* and violating people civil rights* which by the way take precedence over any stated rules or terms of service* and that you keep hiding all of those who have been forced to submit a ticket so we cqn be told "sorry no credits for discontinued products* sold weeks before being told as much and then trying to make us pay as much as we did in the first place AGAIN just to get what we actually purchased?

This is wrong people* they don't want you to know you have the power* not them!
You are the commnuity not them!!!

I am afraid I am being lft no choice but to report this to the authorities and then this will go FAR beyond these forums* when you had many chances to rectify this but instead chose to just screw people for thier money by USING your staff to urge us to buy right before telling us* you are refusing to make good on the licenses sold!
