Forums newthread, reply, edit and qoute buttons

Hi Team,

It would be beneficial to have control on hiding or showing those buttons as a lot of people use the script in differently.

An example would be myself

I am going to use the script partially as articles and would also have a community forum. I would not like to have anyone comments on the articles itself. I will have all discussions about those articles to take place within the forum itself. Hence having those buttons on the articles section would be a waste. Within the articles forums it would only be beneficial to have the submit an article button showing only for administrator only.

Just a suggestion
