Forum Deleting a thread from Database in vBulletin 4

My forum is based on vBulletin 4 and the problem I am facing is with a particular thread. Lot of spamming is been done on that thread due which my site has become very slow and I get this very unusual error called Database Error whenever I post or perform any action on forum. I found that particular thread but the problem is I cannot view it if I am logged in as admin in order to remove it. If I am logged out I can view that specific thread. The only possible thing I find is to delete that thread from the database. Now can someone please help me out by providing the information to delete that particular thread from the database. How should I delete it from the DB? Help. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
