SMF 1.1 to VB4

I got the Impex system installed and am trying to import my SMF database. I setup the ImpexConfig file and triple-checked the database information for target and source.

When I click Import in the VB Admin Panel, I keep getting this message:

ImpEx Database error

mysql error: cannot use database forum

mysql error: Access denied for user '18_0329e4a_1'@'%' to database 'forum'

mysql error number: 1044

MySQL error: Access denied for user '18_0329e4a_1'@'%' to database 'forum'

The source database is named "forum" and I'm positive I have the correct username and password. The SMF and VB4 forums are on the same server. One thing I did note is that the target and source MySQL databases are on different servers at the web host (I have all the correct information in ImpexConfig for each database). What is causing this error? __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
