Administrators Allow support for secondary technical administrators.
 

Hello, I'm one of two technical administrators on our site the other is the license holder. The problem is that if the licence holder is unavailable our forum is stranded as I can't even ask about the problem.

Would it be possible for you to set up a group to allow secondary admin like myself be able to ask a question in the Questions, Problems and Troubleshooting?

To make sure the administrator is genuine you could ask them to upload a file via FTP similar to what google do when you use google webmaster tools.
