Threads Only show posts with attachments feature

Sometimes I'm reading sites like vbulletin.org and vbadvanced and attachments are scattered out over 15+ pages. I would be so much easier if there was a simple filter to show only the posts with attachments from that thread so I know I got the latest version of the file. In addition to this, I'd like a feature which would allow you to click on a username and have the option "Find all posts by $username in this thread" for the same purpose, but when the author is supplying information without attachments. I'll make a new feature request for this. (I know that this last feature exists in Search Thread). __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
