How to make html homepage?

Hello Guys,

I want to make html homepage for my forum

where i want to add

1 - Latest Thread from Specific Forum
2 - Latest News from forum
3 - Shopping Cart Button (which will redirect to cart)
4 - Forum Search Option
5 - Forum Paid Subcription details
6 - Latest Poll
7 - Login Button
8 - Control Panel Button


i dont want to use vbadvanced so if u cna guide me some other way then please help me __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
