E-mail to banned domains

After getting fed up with all the spam I was getting posted from gmail, hotmail and yahoo accounts, I banned those domains from the forum but checked the option to allow existing accounts with those domains to still use the forum (after deleting all the spam accounts, of course).

One of my users with a yahoo account says he no longer gets e-mails notifying him he has a private message, even though he can otherwise use the forum just fine. Is there some other setting I need to modify so he can get the e-mail notifications? __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
