HELP i cant acess admincp

i was the only true admin and without superadmin powers given to me i could not assign powers to other admin's so there is no one to help me,

my problem is. i un-checked myself from admin and saved changes (dont ask me why lol) and now i cant get back in. the guy who set my page up assigned my name instead of my userid and when i tried to set my user id to undeletable and superadmins etc. it kicked my other admin's out of thier cp. and shows up a 404 msg

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/1.3.33 Server at letstalkgrass.com Port 80 What in the heck do i do to get back in without anyone of the other mod's to help me? and why is the config.php not changing the mod's to admins or super admins? thanks PJ __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
