Forum Setting up an UTF-8 forum with Turkish language support

Hi,

I will set up my forum soon and I want to make it UTF-8. So, I have some questions:

-Do I have to apply a different process than the standard one?
-I want to translate 4.0.7 into Turkish from the scratch. To make it fully UTF-8, what do I need? (Turkish has: ğ,ü,ş,ç,?,ı)
-I will install VBSeo. Don't think it will create problems since they have the charset for Turkish but share your ideas please.


and of course, other advises for a person that is building a brand new vBulletin.

...and, is this forum UTF-8? Cuz my surname should read like "Baltaş", not Balta?Ÿ...(Regged via Facebook FYI) __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
