CMS Hot to replace Joomla with vBulletin CMS?

Dear all,

please help me to replace Joomla on my site with vBulletin CMS. Current situation on my website (www.svetsatova.com) is that my public_html folder contains all Joomla folders and files, and also "forum" folder which contains all vBulletin files and subfolders.

I know that I can remove Joomla by simply deleting all Joomla files, folders and database, but the question is when I do that how to set up vBulletin Suite as a default home page? Do I simply move all files and folders from forum folder into public_html? Will it then work, or do I need to do some additional modifications?
