Forum Where to Edit the Registration Terms, Confirmation Needed and Welcome Message?

Hello,

I need to know which phrase I should edit to change the "Registration Terms", "Email Confirmation Needed" (the message appears after registration) and "Welcome Message" (the message appears when people confirms the email).

With my little knowledge in vBulletin, I seem to find them nowhere.
