Forum Insert image not working right

DOUBLE EDIT: Nevermind i swear I try to research things on my own before posting here... but some things just come into light after you start writing it i swear! figured it out its on the options...

EDIT: Nevermind its in the profile. any way i can set it to a default Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing for all users?


Anyone know what setting I need to turn on for the insert image, where the you can insert an image as an image not as an attachment. My administrator account can do it, but regular users and super moderators have the same insert image URL dialog box.


I think its just a permissions thing or maybe a profile setting?
