IP Geolocation on the New User screen

Either on the New User or the List Users Awaiting Moderation screen, being able to read the geolocation associated with the IP address would make it ten times easier to sift through who's a spammer and who's not.

I'd really love to see this as an integral function in the Admin control panel so I don't have to manually input all the IP addresses of "new members awaiting moderation" into a separate website to find out if they're in one of the typical spammer countries. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
