Forum Posting Video In Signature

For some reason, my members were previously able to use youtube videos and in 4.0.6 they are not able to. I have checked forum permissions as well usergroup settings and they all allow bbcode and bbcode in signatures. I have tried to use the code just in their sig when you're able to preview it and all that comes up is the youtube link.

I don't have any mods installed that change image size. The settings under usergroup should not disallow posting of videos and none of the forums have special permissions that would deny the ability to use sigs.
