Standard FAQ's?

Hey Guys,

I've just been reading the FAQ file on http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/faq.php?faq=vb_faq, and I've recently taken over a vbulletin site, it only has 3 FAQ's installed, - who knows why lol

I need to install most of the same FAQ questions, are these standard? How can I simply upload them without typing them all out (assuming they are standard ones?)

Is there somewhere I can download an FAQ installer the installs standard faq questions?
