Forum Deleted User?

We've a deleted user - no idea how it happened as no one recalls actually deleting them.

I've tried this http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showt...8-Deleted-User (linking new user number to old user name) but to no avail. Now the username is clickable and she no longer shows as a guest, but the posts aren't linked either.


And yes, I did update counters for forum, thread and post.
