Forum RSS Feed Manager - Feeds Wont Add!

I need to add several feeds to my forum however when I add a feed it never shows up in the feed manager.

I click on 'Add New RSS Feed' and I enter all the required information. I press 'Save' and I have no errors. Then I click 'RSS Feed Manager' and I see this:

"No feeds are currently defined.

Click here to add one."

As if I have not added a feed. I have tried 10 times with different feeds from different sources. I even previewed the feeds and they all looked fine.

Am I missing something obvious or is something broken? __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
