Notices Add More notice Criteria

Hey there..

I really love Vb Notice, but sometimes you can not find the right permission( criteria )..

. Here what i would like to add:

• User is browsing thread [ Enter thread id ]
• Show only at Forumhome [ check box ]
• User does or does not belong to Usergroup [ Allow Multiple selection ]
• User is browsing forum [ Allow multiple selection ]
• User is browsing Blogs [ Check Box ]
• User is brwosing CMS [check box ]

If anyone else have better or more ideas.. please put them here.. so Vbulletin team can make it happen..
