Vbulletin 3.8.6 PL1 issues after issues.

Since I upgraded to the new patch I think my website has been hacked.
Basically the first time my mySQL was wiped? I forgot to change the mySQL password per patch notes.
I went ahead and restored everything and changed mySQL password the 2nd time.
Now one week after my email/password for my account changes? So I thought might be something random so i didn't do anything.
I switched my password back again and now it keeps automatically changing everyones password and email?

Then when I go visit my forums on top it says: MOHAJER22?????

When I log in control panel all my styles/skins are gone?
Everything still seems to be intact on the FTP files. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
