Forum Rewrite Options

The last time I installed vBSEO I was able to get domain.com/forum-name, but for some reason my URL structure is now domain.com/f-10.

Here's my .htaccess:

Any ideas how I can get the URL structure to be domain.com/forum-name? __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
