Forum Find Posts by User and Search Problems

I have an issue (with VB 4.0.3PL1) when an admin goes into the AdminCP>Search for user>go to user profile>select “Find Posts by User”. The result does not list all of the posts. What it does list is only the threads that user started, not the ones where posts were made in threads started by other people. The moderators tell me that this was not happening before the upgrade to VB4. Any ideas as to what is happening or is there something under maintenance that I need to run to correct the issue? Second issue, would the problem with the above be related to seeing incomplete search results? I did run the rebuild search index after the upgrade, maybe I need to run it again, I have a large forum (over 7mil posts) and database (7+GB). __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
