Forum vBCms Comments Display Settings on CMS article Revert to No

I have had Fits with trying to discover why some of my members can coment on CMS articles but most cant or better described as sometimes they can and then they get I can not see the article they report Quote:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in [path]/includes/functions_editor.php(487) : eval()'d code on line 122 and you do not have permission.

what I have discovered is that the ticker for the Comments in the Display Settings for a CMS article Revert to No after some unspecified time, because I can turn them back on and members or guest can see the coments and reply below the Article for five ten minutes.
Not all articles are effected, some have merged threads in the vbcms forum thread. And I have moved the vbcms Forum to the public forum were perrmissions are librel and it now shows as a forum but even though the permissions are open for all to veiw and most to comment. they still get the perrmission error or odes not exsist. Now I have my first "viral" Article every posible way to conect 2500 veiws increasing at 60 an hour but no coments ERGGGH http://crackercoast.com/crackerchat/...for-Palm-coast Please Help me I have not went from 4.04a to 4.05 yet. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
