Forum SEO, Directories, Options

I may consider using vB for other things besides my forums but I need options - especially if SEO is really worthwhile.

Another product I shall leave nameless allows you to have the directories and URLs controlled to a reasonable degree. At the very worst, I can put my forums in the root, along with the CMS, have the CMS be the front page and have the forums appear in the /forums/ directory like it has been. My other directories can be mydomain/calendar and /mydomain/blogs and mydomain/members/ etc. Very nice and clean.


If I used vBSEO, I could install my forum in the forums directory and STILL have the same structure. Is that also a possible option with vB 4? I'd like to have mydomain/forums/ and mydomain/articles and mydomain/members etc.

Wondering if anyone has figured this one out yet or we're still talking about a third party product? __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
