vb error adminutil table is 1.9gb in size

I have a huge error, I temp moved my site to another server but when I moved it back(I keep all the files there and left the db in tact) Next thing I know the adminutil table is 1.9 gb in size and is causing a huge performance slowdown in mysql. I did a back up of the table before it went haywire and the fields are

title and text the entries are

datastorelock, 0

datastore, php file

the php file is 1.4mb in size(I saved it to a text file to check its size)

Doe vbulletin have to save that info to the database? Why wouldn't it save it in the file system? Any ideas as to why it went from 1mb to almost 2gb? I'm using version 3.8.4 right now. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
