[vBulletin 3.8.2] Simplify Registration Page

Hi all,

I want my forum registration page to look like this or this. I'm sure it will increase the number of registrations.

How do I remove the "Additional Informations" table, the "Confirm Email Address:" field and remove the extra page with the forum rules that lead to the registration page? That way, it will all be done in one page instead of two.

I didn't see any options to turn off these features and my PHP skills are mediocre.

Is my only hope to edit the appropriate template? Is it this one?
