CMS CMS Problem when Changing Publishing options

I have posted a Bug so this can be corrected in future versions but I need some help now to make this correct.

CMS Page. Two articles created in version 4.0.3, publishing Options can not be changed after upgrading to 4.0.4 PL1. After changing Availability in Navbar Sub Menu.

Attached are two images. One of my publishing options showing the options to not show date, author, or Views. Second image shows one of the two articles that I can not get the 3 items not to show on.

When they were initially published the option to be in the Navbar Sub menu was on. I changed that so they were not there and since then I can not get the 3 items to not show.

Can anyone else reproduce or help with a solution?
