Forum Missing icons, different ones depending on browser

I've got the latest version of 4.0.4 installed.

If I create a new thread or try to reply, all the icons between the "Title:" section and the text box section are either question marks or text links instead of the icons. What you see seems to depend on what browser I use.


I've tried searching but with nothing coming back.

Any ideas?
