Forum Feed Delayed

When I try to subscribe to http://forums.dealseekingmom.com using my Google Reader bookmark, it shows all of the latest posts; however, when I go directly to the RSS feed (which is the same one Google Reader uses), it is many hours delayed: http://forums.dealseekingmom.com/external.php?type=RSS2


Any ideas what is causing the delay or how I can fix it?

Also, on our Wordpress blog, we use a plugin to redirect all subscriptions to the same feed to ensure that they're all being counted. Is there a similar plugin for vBulletin available? __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
