How do I add branding free to an existing 3.8.5 license?

I asked this via a support ticket, but the answer I got did not help. I was directed to this page, which provides no option that I can see to add branding free to an existing 3.8.5 license:

I'm asking this question in a very simple, understandable way, so I don't know why I get an answer that is simply wrong. It would be great if support people were not simply on autopilot, especially when I am obviously willing to fork over more of my money!


How can I add the branding free option to an EXISTING 3.8.5 license? I do not want to purchase a new license in order to get branding free. The option to add branding free to my existing 3.8.5 license does not exist on the members page. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
