Forum Can't get install to run

A bit of background.. I've been using VB for years and years, however it's always been on hosted sites, that I've installed so I did now actual install of webserver, PHP or MySql. This installation is on a box that we own and I've had a lot of issues (mostly mine cause I don't know what the heck I'm doing) anyway.. so like I have the upload directory on the sever under wwwroot and go and try to run the install.php file and it gives me page not displayed. Now the webserver is running as I can display a test index page from the root just fine.


So is it some sort of setup issue in IIS? current computer is in the internal network right now, not available to public.

suggestions, advice? bottle of jack? __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
