profile background image

hey,

for some reason my customize profile background images are not working for anyone any more.
usergroups are set perfect and User Profile Options are set. well they must be set ok because i am using a background image in my profile now. but i set that back using vbulletin 3.7.1. since the upgrades to 3.8 its stopped working.
would anyone be able to like come up with ideas on why i cant add background images to profile please?
members can customize their profile, just not add images from their albums.
