Forum Various problems, please help

Hi there, If anyone could help me out with a few issues as i dont know if its a setting or a bug.

1. CMS - unable to get text to wrap around an image / worked in 4.0.3


2. Forum - Image resizing - When resizing browser the pictures do not / worked in 4.0.3

3. CMS - Rate this thread - Breaks display for FB like button. (turned off rate thread to correct the problem).

If any one can conferm these are working for them or think these are bugs please left me know so i can stop searching for a solution.
