Suite 4.0.3 Won't Upgrade to 4.0.4

I DL'd 4.0.4 and followed the upgrade process. It didn't upgrade me to 4.0.4, it upgraded me to 4.0.3, and didn't even have the prompt to delete my install folder...
What's up with that? I kinda want to use the style generator... :P
