Suite mediabox(lightbox) stopped working after upgrading from vb 4.0.3 to 4.0.4

I use a very handy lightbox tool called mediaboxadvanced on my site. It allows me to pull up images, video, and even websites in a lightbox. When I upgraded from 4.0.3 to 4.0.4 it stopped functioning. I tested it with a plain html website, and it still functions, just doesn't work on my vbulletin site anymore. What is it in Vb 4.0.4 that would cause my lightbox to stop working? What do i need to do to get it up and running again?
