Forum Can I do this?

Hey I am in the process of selling my current vb owned license. Right now I have vbulletin 4.0.2 installed on my board but I will have to take it down after I sell my license. I am going to be buying a new vbulletin 4 license and I want to keep my board updated with the newer versions of vb4 which is why I am selling my license. My question is: Can I upgrade my 4.0.2 forum with the new files that I get from the new vb 4 license I purchase. That will overwrite everything and will be legit, correct? __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
