PHPWS 1.7 require_once Warning & Fatal Error

Okay, I'm trying to test out 1.7 on my Windows box with the latest XAMPP 1.7.3 installed.

I'm getting these errors.

I'm not sure why "core\class" and "core/conf/defines.php" are being concatenated. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
