CMS CMS Homepage Profile Pics Not Showing For Blog Posts

I am having a problem I cannot solve.

If you look at our homepage: www.planedomain.net (still under development) under the "Recent Blog Posts" section the profile picture of the user is not showing up to the left of the article.

You'll see one profile picture but that person is an Administrator. The one not showing up is a normal user. I cannot figure out why the normal User Profile picture is not showing up next to their blog posts. And yes, there is a profile picture and avatar on the Users account http://www.planedomain.net/member.php?82-Joe-Rocket


Any help is greatly appreciated. See attached screen print.
