Forum Database error after 4.0.3 Upgrade

I recently upgraded from 3.6.4 to 4.0.3 and the forums themselves seem to be working OK after the upgrade however I am having some errors in the admin cp.

I receive this database error:

I have done some searching and can't find a solution. I have no mods or plugins installed and I am using the default template, which I also tried creating a new default template.

I repaired/optimized the tables in the database and they all show OK.

I am also having problems rebuilding the threads and forums. I receive a Access denied message.

Any suggestions?
