Forum Only 1 single issue from upgrade to version 4.0.3

Hello, below is the only issue after upgrading our forum earlier today. Would anyone know how I could resolve this? I've peeked around inside the phrase manager but cannot see anything that said forum_rules_descriptions (register). In the text below where is says [ARG:2 UNDEFINED] it should say KWAS.
