I have submitted a new feature which I believe is quite simple to introduce, as PHP have all the strings already, its merely a matter of incorporating the options within the ACP existing settings; automatic title casing for thread titles. The ability to either:
Not use
All uppercase
All lowercase
Start case
Sentence case
Etc...
The feature request @ http://tracker.vbulletin.com/browse/VBIV-7151 can obviously be voted on if you believe it a viable solution. As long as the option to not have it is included, then I see no issue with this affecting foreign languages which do not have case sensitive writing.
