When you use the Advanced Friendly URLs with Cyrillic encoding, Google returns the wrong URL in the generated site map.
Enforce Canonical URL Strict
Enforce Canonical URL for Registered Users - YES
Friendly URL Unicode - convert UTF8
NCR Encode UTF-8 URLs for IE - YESVB works perfectly.
site map is generated well.
URL in 10,000 files.

Everything seems ideal.
But some of the files Google is this:
