Forum Another issue with "Show edited by note on edited messages"

I see all the conclusions to these other threads are "please start your own thread about it", so here goes:

I'm having the same problem. I'm seeing it for the first time in 4.03 (although perhaps it was in 4.02 and I didn't notice). I'm in the admin group, and have always had the setting for "Show edited by note on edited messages" set to "no". Now, when I edit posts after the allotted time (and no, I am not giving a reason in the reason field), it's showing the last edited by information. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
